This book was first placed into service during the Clinton Administration. When President Bush took
office he suspended use of The Death Book. When Obama took office his Administration reinstated it
back into service on July 2nd 2009. The odd thing is that it is close to Independence Day, And they
used Tax money to create this document. President Obama Remove this book!
