Health Care Reform: $750 IRS penalty is not a penalty!
Health Care Reform: $750 IRS penalty is not a penalty!

The Sen. Akaka from Hawaii represents how out of touch these betrayers of freedom are they do not represent the people of America. He is asked if the Congress has the authority to mandate us to buy Health Care insurance. His Response is he is unaware. Like most of the Dems who are going to vote for this they are not even considering to base there decision on the constitutionality of this issue. They are in office to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States of America.
Sen Akaka goes on to says that they are trying to provide for people with needs and make it accessible to all Americans. If I'm not mistaken the current bills in the House and Senate dose not cover all Americans. Congress is trying to do this in the banner of compassion but trample on the rights of the working man and women's private property yes your money is your private property you earned it its yours. Sen. Akaka also says that the $750 penalty you will pay to the IRS when you don't get health care insurance is not a penalty. Sounds like Obama when he was on ABC saying that the mandatory tax is not a tax. Unfortunitley the Government is not able to redefine words so lets call a spade a spade its a penalty Sen. Akaka and it is a tax Obama.
Congress will never be able to show us in the constitution that they can force Americans to buy health care insurance because they do not have the power to do so according to our Constitution. The only way they can sell this idea to the public is to say it is to help people but never mind they are stealing from working Americans. It is immoral to take from one by force to give to another with out the consent of the one who is producing the wealth.
When did we as Americans get away from the principle of if you don't work you don't eat. Where is the honor that one gets from having the opportunity to provide for his or her family. When did Americans look for a hand out rather then you give out of the kindness of your heart. When did we lose the passion for our founding documents. When did we lose the awe of flying our Stars and Strips. When did we lose the passion to study our Great History. When
did we lose our hunger for FREEDOM!
I believe most Americans haven't we will prevail over this assault on our liberties I will fight with all that I have to reject all that they do to destroy the America that our founding fathers built and it was built with the blood of freedom loving patriots.
